India Arrival Card acts as the Data Fiduciary for this website under India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023. We operate our services from Level 7, Worldmark 6, Gateway District, Delhi Aerocity, New Delhi 110037, India.

We are an independent information resource and are not affiliated with the Government of India, the Bureau of Immigration India, or any official government body.

2. Data we collect

We collect email addresses you submit through our contact form. We also gather analytics cookies and general usage data to improve our website experience.

We do not collect payment information — if you apply through our partner portal, all payment processing is handled by that partner.

3. How we use your data

We use your email address solely to respond to your direct enquiries. We analyze usage data and cookies to improve our website experience for international travelers.
